Umland Family Pictures

This happened to be my last session of the "busy" season and I am glad for that! I hadn't met this family before we got together to do pictures and we had a lot of fun together! Teenage kids are the best! It is so fun and easy to do pictures with them.

 

I really enjoyed meeting these guys and am hoping that we do pictures again someday.  Kim told me that they hadn't had family pictures in a long time and that everyone was dreading it.  When we were done, I think/hope they changed their minds about that because I had fun! 

 

Oh and I love the colors they chose.  Purple is my favorite!

Danika & Matt + Dylan & Chloe

Oh man, this was one of those days that was so beautiful and I just love taking pictures for these guys! It's not hard to see why, I mean look at them?!   Matt & Danika are so sweet and the kids are just too cute for words.  Really, there just aren't words, they are so cute! 

 

We met at the Botanical Gardens and it was just the most lovely day.  I took Rian with me to help with the kids (she is awesome!) and she just kept saying, 'I want to live here!' and 'this is my dream yard!' and 'I want to bring a book and stay here all day!'. It is definitely one of the most beautiful places in Denver this time of year!

Steph and the boys

It's such a joy being with Stephanie and her boys! Mostly we just see each other when we are doing pictures but I still consider her a dear friend. Of coarse the boys are just amazing and they have grown up so much since I first did their pictures!! Wow, how time flies.

I love having the opportunity to watch these wonderful families as they grow up, it really is the best part of taking pictures!
